Terms and conditions All products are handmade by Moorend Felts,
many colours are hand dyed, therefore colours may vary. Each product is
individually hand made, multiple items may be different. All items will remain
the property of Moorend felts until full payment has been received.
Postage and Packing All products include postage and packing
within UK
mainland. ForEuropean and Overseas
orders, postage and packaging will be calculated on the weight of the order,
please e-mail us before placing an order.
Delivery Orders will be sent by Royal Mail, 1st
class post,with a proof of posting. All
orders will be despatched within 7 working days. Slippers which are made to
order will be despatched within 14 working days.
Payment Payment must be made within 5 working
days of order, goods will not be despatched until full payment is paid. Payment
can be made via PayPal or by personal cheque, once your cheque has cleared goods
will be despatched.
Returns Each item is individually made to the
highest quality, if you are not satisfied with any item please contact by
e-mail within 5 working days of receiving your order. Postage for returning the
item cannot be refunded but the cost of the item will be refunded in full.
